A business guide to understanding your customer in uncertain times and beyond
We created a business book, and while it is written in a rather casual tone, the topics can get a little dry and technical at some points, so we needed to find a balance between being useful and entertaining.
As we speak about customer-centricity, and the importance of revolving around the customer to forge meaningful connections, it was crucial for us to create a book that our readers not only found useful but also enjoyed. We set out to create a great customer experience that was also educational, and it happened to be a book. Ultimately, our goal was for customers to get value out of it. We created a visually rich book that made information consumption more effortless and helpful.
